Beds were comfortable, microwave and refrigerator were totally useful, shower had great water pressure, everything was clean and tidy, TV and A/C worked well, there was even tissue and bathroom essentials including a hair dryer that also worked! The venue was close enough to our weekend event at NOS to walk to, but we still decided to drive, as it was a 2 mile walk, and we didn't want to walk back in the middle of the night. The cost of the stay was the only thing that was a little pricey, but to be honest, the stay was well worth it! Will definitely stay here again for all future events in the area.

Nice clean facility. 4. the coffee pod machine with the variety of coffees & teas was a nice touch! thanks for that. 5. parking was included & that was great! 6. I had interactions with about 10 people from your staff, nobody disappointed. I’m sorry I don’t recall names, but those that where there during my stay & interacted with me from day to night where all amazing.

Loved the very high-quality mini-market by the front desk. I was amazed not to be gouged by the prices! The lobby is also very comfortable and fresh. The hotel was very clean, and the business center was my favorite part. The breakfast-bar staff were just super both days I was able to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Elmar was so attentive and kind! the breakfast was delicious and surprised me with how much was served.. I was a solo traveler so it may have been meant for 2 people. The room was a bit tight but the location was perfect - lots of places to eat around.

Every staff member was absolutely wonderful,kind and helpful.The night receptionist helped me get a wheelchair for my husband and even gave me disinfectant wipes to clean it. This was important because he just had surgery.She was very kind.
